Terms of service, terms of ordering, and refund policy listed
below.
All lead and data sales are final. We will replace and invalid leads 1 for 1. We
do not offer refunds for data that has been delivered electronically or by
mail/email.
You agree that the data ordered will be shipped to you VIA email and you agree
to provide us with a valid email and to notify us by email or phone if you have
not received your order VIA email due to technical or other issues, within 48
hours of making payment.
All products sold are intangible and are downloaded by you or emailed to you.
We do not guarantee a specific close ratio or that you will have success in using our marketing data or leads. We base our closing ratio statistics of of industry standard research and feed back from current clients.
You guarantee your payment to us. You guarantee that your payment is a one time irreversible payment for data / electronic intangible goods.
You agree to contact all leads in a timely manner and offer them your most competitive rates and fees for service. You agree to send back any bogus data/leads to us for replacement within 3 business days or less for replacement.
Our data is 100% opt-in and we comply with all federal, state, and local laws. You also agree to follow all laws pertaining to solicitation and marketing when using leads or data purchased.
